Lakeside Retreat

This project entailed historic renovation and construction of an addition at an extremely rare turn of the century lakefront residence with limited access in Harding Township, NJ.

This renovation project included:

·        Utilization of materials, tools and techniques consistent with the age of the house

·        Replication of interior and exterior cabin structure including custom milling from logs and branches

·        Kitchen renovation with signature Renaissance cabinetry and custom finishes

·        Construction of a three-story addition consisting of underground garage, enclosed sun porch and roof deck
