     Nick Navarino, president of Renaissance Building Company, is a 1985 graduate of Bucknell University and began his career in New York City working extensively in commercial real estate development and historical building and railroad station renovation including the renovation of Grand Central Station.  His true passion though is residential construction where he can work closely with his clients to achieve their dream homes. 

     New home construction and major additions are a Renaissance specialty.   We work in your home as if we were working in our own enabling your peace of mind.  We understand the stress and concern of building a new home and/or having your home remodeled.  We aim to minimize the disruption to our client’s lives by staying on schedule and on budget.  We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. Interior and exterior trim detail is a Renaissance signature capability.  Our proposals include details well beyond industry standards.  No job is too big – or complicated – for the Renaissance team. 

     In addition, we have completed numerous projects for churches in Chatham, Morristown, and Harding Township.  We are especially proud of our work in these community buildings.  Through detailed scheduling efforts these churches could maintain their weekly schedule of services with minimal disruption.  Our goal at each of these buildings was to make our work seamless with the historical aesthetics of the building while working within the confines of their budgets.
